Location of Milos Breeze Boutique Hotel
Milos Breeze Boutique Hotel is located on the stunning island of Milos, Greece.
Where is Milos, Greece?
Milos is a Greek island in the Aegean Sea. It’s southwest of other well-known islands, like Mykonos and Paros. It’s northwest of Santorini.
Milos is known for its incredible beaches, volcanic landscape and bright blue water. It’s less crowded than Mykonos and Santorini, but even more beautiful. It’s a great choice for your summer vacation in Greece.
Where is Milos Breeze Boutique Hotel in Milos?
Milos Breeze Boutique Hotel is located in the charming town of Pollonia on the island of Milos, Greece. The hotel’s location is excellent, and one of the many reasons I would stay there again.
The hotel is on a hill that overlooks the town, and the postcard-worthy views are stunning. You can see the water and the town of Pollonia from the hotel. And you can even see the neighboring Greek islands of Kimolos, Sifnos, Serifos, Agios Georgios and Polyaigo on a clear day.
Is the hotel located near restaurants and shops?
Yes. Milos Breeze Boutique Hotel is a convenient 10-minute walk from a strip of good restaurants, a supermarket, shops, and the town beach in Pollonia. Pollonia is a great place to stay in Milos, because you have access to a variety of restaurants and other conveniences.
The town of Plaka on Milos is also popular, but we preferred Pollonia. Pollonia is more laid back and peaceful. We day tripped to Plaka and it felt busier and less relaxing.
There are also hotels on more remote parts of Milos. But we enjoyed staying in Pollonia so we could walk to a different beachfront restaurant every evening for dinner.
Is the walk to and from the center of Pollonia easy?
Yes. The walk up and down the hill from Milos Breeze Boutique Hotel to the heart of Pollonia is about 10 minutes and it’s not steep. We walked up and down at least once per day.
Are there any downsides to the hotel’s location?
The only downside is that the hotel can get pretty breezy on a windy day. It’s fairly exposed since it’s at the top of a hill. Maybe that’s why they call it Milos Breeze?
This shouldn’t be an issue if you visit Milos during the hot summer months. But we did have a couple of windy fall days during our trip in October. Those windy days made me wish we had booked our vacation for August or September.
How close is the hotel to the airport?
The hotel is about a 20 minute drive from Milos airport.
Getting to Milos Breeze Boutique Hotel
You should arrange your transportation from the airport to Milos Breeze Boutique Hotel in advance. We arranged a hotel shuttle for an additional fee, which was worth it.
Another option is to rent a car at the airport and drive to the hotel. A rental car is very useful for exploring the island of Milos. As I mention below, we rented a car for only a portion of our stay in Milos, which is why we took a shuttle to the hotel.
There aren’t too many taxis on Milos and Uber doesn’t operate there. So, it’s a good idea to arrange your hotel transfer in advance. There may be taxis waiting at the airport when your flight lands, but that isn’t guaranteed.
Parking at Milos Breeze Boutique Hotel
If you rent a car, ATV or motorbike in Milos, there’s easy and free parking for guests at Milos Breeze Boutique Hotel.
Milos is a beautiful island and you’ll miss out its best beaches and attractions if you stick to the walkable town of Pollonia. So, I recommend renting a car, motorbike or ATV for at least part of your stay.
We wanted to spend a few lazy days at the hotel and then a few days exploring the island. The staff at Milos Breeze Boutique Hotel helped us arrange a rental car with a local agency. The car was delivered right to the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. We dropped the rental car back at the airport at the end of our trip.
Rooms at Milos Breeze Boutique Hotel
Room Types
There are 7 categories of rooms available at Milos Breeze Boutique Hotel:
- Double Room with Sea View
- Deluxe Room with Sea View
- Exclusive Room with Spa Bath and Panoramic Sea View
- Deluxe Room with Outdoor Plunge Pool and Sea View
- Executive Room with Outdoor Plunge Pool and Sea View
- Honeymoon Suite with Outdoor Plunge Pool and Panoramic Sea View
- Exclusive Room with Private Pool and Panoramic Sea View
- Hammam Villa with Plunge Pool and Panoramic Sea View
Many of the rooms have their own private outdoor plunge pools. There’s even an exclusive villa that has a private hammam (Turkish steam bath).
My husband and I stayed in a Double Room with Sea View. It is the most basic of the room classes, but still stylish and it was perfect for us.
Our room had a small cushioned bench/couch, a desk, a double bed and a bathroom with a sleek glass shower. We also had a private outdoor terrace area.
The room was on the smaller size (269 square feet), but it was sufficient for us. If you want a more spacious or luxurious room, I recommend booking a higher room class.
Our room was spotlessly clean and extremely quiet.
Style of Decor
The rooms at Milos Breeze Boutique Hotel have a simple blue and white theme. The white-washed rooms have beach themed decor with raffia accents. You definitely feel like you’re in the Greek Islands.
Room Amenities
The hotel offers complimentary WiFi for guests. Each room also has air conditioning, a mini fridge, a Nespresso maker, a TV, a safe for valuables, nice toiletries in the bathrooms, bathrobes, slippers and hairdryers.
All rooms have their own private verandas/outdoor space. It was so relaxing to have a morning coffee on our terrace every morning before heading to breakfast!
Hotel Amenities
Infinity Pools
The hotel’s main infinity pool is the focal point of the property and it’s absolutely stunning. It has an expansive sea view and overlooks the center of Pollonia. There’s also a smaller infinity pool next to it.
The main infinity pool alone makes this one of the best hotels in Milos, Greece. The pool area has comfortable lounge chairs for guests, as well as towels. You can even order drinks from the hotel bar while you’re poolside.
Breakfast
Don’t skip breakfast when staying at Milos Breeze Boutique Hotel! The breakfast was a highlight of our stay.
Breakfast is included in your room rate and it includes coffee, tea, juices, fruit, Greek pastries, bacon, eggs and more. The hotel staff would encourage us to order as much breakfast as we wanted. So I’d end up with a heaping plate, and often went back for seconds.
The breakfast options were a little bit different each day. And breakfast is served between 8:30 and 11:45 am daily. So even if you sleep in (which I like to do on vacation!), you won’t miss breakfast.
Lobby + Lobby Bar
The lobby at the Milos Breeze Boutique Hotel is small, stylish and clean. The front desk is staffed 24/7 and there are a handful of chairs and helpful guidebooks available.
The breakfast area in the lobby becomes a bar in the afternoon, so you can enjoy drinks in the lobby or by the pool.
Service at Milos Breeze Boutique Hotel
The service at the hotel was excellent. It was another highight of our stay.
Every hotel staff member we met was super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and having a great time.
The hotel staff always had helpful recommendations about where to explore and eat on Milos. They also helped us rent a car last minute so we could explore the island’s beaches.
The cleaning service was also very good. Our room was cleaned daily and they did a thorough job.
Overall Review of Milos Breeze Boutique Hotel
We absolutely loved our stay at Milos Breeze Boutique Hotel. In my opinion, it’s the best hotel in Milos, Greece. The hotel has a prime location on the island, stylish decor, great breakfasts, and the friendliest staff.
I would absolutely stay at Milos Breeze Boutique Hotel again. Next time, I’ll probably upgrade and stay in one of the luxurious rooms with a private plunge pool.
And, next time, I’ll probably visit in the summer or early September. The weather in Milos is just a bit too hit or miss in October.

These accommodations in Milos, Greece, are a mix of luxury hotels, boutique hotels in Milos, and stylish apartment style suites:
- White Pebble Suites: a chic luxury hotel in Milos, in the town of Pollonia.
- White Coast Pool Suites: an adults-only luxury boutique hotel in Milos where each suite has a private pool.
- Melian Boutique Hotel and Spa: a 15-room luxury boutique hotel in Milos, Greece, where most rooms have a hot tub on their terrace. This hotel has a great location in Pollonia.

If I had to choose among these Milos hotels, I’d book White Coast Pebble Suites. It looks stylish and luxurious, has a swimming pool, and, like Milos Breeze Boutique Hotel, is also in Pollonia.
I’d prefer to stay in walkable Pollonia, rather than stay in a more remote part of the island with limited restaurant options.
