1. ZLYC Small Leather Camera Bag
This leather camera bag packs a lot of style into a pretty small package. But it’s surprisingly big enough to fit a DSLR! I love the vintage look with the buckle detail – it’s perfect to pair with a boho sundress while sightseeing in Santorini.
2. Megagear Camera Messenger Bag
This shoulder bag is a more distressed version of the ZLYC bag above. It fits a small DSLR or a mirrorless with an extra lens. This bag is perfect for snapping photos in big cities like New York on days where you’re relying on public transportation so can only carry the essentials.
3. Ona The Bond Street
The Ona Bond Street fits a mirrorless camera and is perfect for a day when you’re planning to shoot with only one lens. It’s also made of waxed canvas rather than leather, so would be a good choice for those looking for a stylish vegan camera bag.
4. Bagsmart Camera Backpack
This large camera backpack is for the serious shooter! It fits two DSLRs, at least 4 extra lenses, your laptop and a change or two of outfits. I like the sleek Scandinavian style, which gives off a more outdoorsy vibe.
5. Ona The Bowery
Ona’s The Bowery has that same shape with the front buckle that I love, but is wider than its square counterparts so has room for an extra camera lens. This bag is perfect for someone like me who likes to travel with both a wide angle lens and a 50mm lens.
6. Ona The Palma
Ona’s The Palma bag is an elegant option and would be great for a blogger or photographer with ladylike style. It’s made of genuine leather and fits a DSLR, two lenses and an iPad. That’s a lot of stuff!
7. Jo Totes Granada
The Jo Totes Granada bag can be worn as a shoulder bag or as a belt bag. I love a good chic fanny pack, so sign me up! It’s more structured shape is perfect for exploring a fashionable city like Rome.
8. Jack by Jill-E Designs Juliette
The Juliette Bag from Jack by Jill-E Designs is one of my favorites because it comes in cherry red. I absolutely love the bright cheerful color and would wear this to roam around the streets of Tokyo. It also comes in black and teal for those who are looking for something a bit more subdued.
9. Jo Totes Hanover
This water resistant nylon bag looks like a regular tote bag and can be transformed into one. The internal camera dividers and padding can be removed, making this a versatile option.
10. Ona Savannah II
This structured Ona Savannah II shoulder bag is handcrafted with premium leather by Moroccan artisans. It fits most mirrorless cameras and an extra lens. I love that it comes in black, camel and bubblegum pink. If I didn’t shoot with a DSLR (which I don’t think will fit in this bag), this would already be in my closet.
11. Gatta Christie Tan
I don’t know what to say about this ultra stylish camera backpack from Gatta, other than I really really really want it in both tan and black. This is one of the most stylish camera bags I’ve ever seen! Do you think if I wish hard enough, it would appear magically in my closet? It fits a DSLR plus an extra lens.
12. Gatta Lola Noir
The Gatta Lola looks like a handbag with its chic tassel detail. But inside you’ll find a padded camera bag with room for a DSLR and an extra lens.
13. Lo and Sons Claremont
The Claremont Bag from Lo and Sons comes in black, sienna and light grey. It fits a DSLR and the structured shape is perfect for someone with classic style.
Which one of these bags is your fave? It’s a close call, but I’m loving the Gatta Christie backpack!

Those bags are so stylish! I mean try to find some vegan version for me. Such a good idea! xx
I’m sure we can find you some cute vegan ones! We have our cameras out so much, we need nice bags to carry them around!!
Omgg I am in love with these bags! So much cuter than the camera bag that came with my camera hahaha
I need a good one, I’m always just using a tiny camera bag or a huge backpack that doesn’t have the right compartments!!
Ohh.. These all are such a lovely camera bags.. I read your blog for the first time and really enjoyed it.. Your work is really appreciative thanks for sharing
Thanks so much for the kind words! I can’t decide which camera bag to buy lol!
They all look so stylish and vintage! Totally my style, especially the ONA Savannah II, this would be THE one if I were to purchase one.
I love that bag too!! So bummed it won’t fit my camera!!
This is a very nice camera bag. I have been a pro photographer since 1977 when after working as a photographer’s assistant for several years, I opened my own studio. I retired from pro photography in 2001, but I continue to do it as a hobby. Not wanting to lug around a huge camera bag anymore, I purchased this bag to hold one of my Nikon DSLR cameras and a couple of lenses. This bag is perfect! It is a quality bag and sturdy enough to protect the contents. It is also a nice looking bag. I especially like the contrast of my black camera and lenses against the bright orange interior of the bag. It makes things in the bag much easier to see. I have purchased a lot of camera bags over the years, and I can tell you that this bag would have cost three times as much in a camera store a decade or two ago. One thing I will add after reading several other reviewers state that they like the bag because “it doesn’t look like a camera bag” or that they can “discreetly” carry a nice camera in it without the bag shouting “camera”, that is total bs. It is a camera bag that looks exactly like a camera bag. If you are looking for something “discreet” to carry your expensive DSLR in, this is not your “discreet” bag. I have a pro camera bag that I bought 30 years ago that is of similar design and construction, and although that bag is much larger, this Amazon Basics bag could pass for it’s smaller twin. I am extremely happy with this camera bag. You simply cannot go wrong for the price.
